Policy work

Provided input to the office of Utah House Representative Mike Schultz, whose bill on Post-Employment Restrictions was signed into law 23 March 2016. It restricts the term of Utah non-compete agreements to one year and provides for ex-employees who successfully defend themselves against such lawsuits to recover attorney's fees.

 

Provided input to Senate bill Mobility and Opportunity for Vulnerable Employees (MOVE Act), September 2015.
